Easy tip to set your practice apart

An easy way to separate your practice from others is to offer a scented warm towel at the end of the patient's visit. We give this to the patient after every small or large procedure. We put them in a small heating pad and give the warm towel to the patient. The lavender smell in the towel is very refreshing and  patients always appreciate it.

A thank you goes a long way

A simple yet effective way of increase customer happiness in the practice is to send hand written thank you cards. Patients always appreciate it and it start the relationship with a nostalgic and positive vibe. It takes about 1 minute for the staff member to fill the card.
